Designee/Candidate Member for $100.00 – a CCIM Designee or CCIM Candidate pursuing CCIM designation AND current with CCIM Institute national dues.

Affiliate Member for $125.00 – a real estate professional that is not a CCIM Designee or a CCIM Candidate pursuing CCIM designation. A CCIM Designee that is not current with CCIM Institute national dues is considered an Affiliate Member.

Corporate Member for $375.00 – any real estate organization that joins and includes up to ten (10) employees in its membership.

Student Member for $25.00 – currently enrolled college/university students.
NOTE: Chapter dues are separate from CCIM Institute national dues. Chapter dues provide membership benefits for all local events, educational scholarships for CCIM Candidates, and local charitable donations. CCIM Institute extends membership benefits at the national level and may require local Chapter membership.
